Phase B
Sodium hypochlorite (12.5%)10.00
Sodium silicate (30%)9.00

Phase C

Tetrapotassium pyrophosphate16.50

Procedure

1. Separately mix Phase A and Phase B in the order of ingredients provided for each.
2. Phase A should appear as a paste and Phase B as an opaque liquid.
3. Add Phase B to Phase A and mix thoroughly.
4. Add Phase C ingredients and mix until smooth and clear.
5. Mix for at least five hours.
